Refund Policy

DMH Now values transparency and fair service. Because our work involves scheduling labor, materials, and project coordination, the following refund policy applies:
 

• Deposits are non-refundable once a project has been scheduled and materials or labor have been reserved.

• If a client cancels before work begins and no materials have been purchased, a partial refund may be considered at DMH Now’s discretion, minus any administrative or planning costs.

• Payments made for completed work or purchased materials are non-refundable.

• If an issue arises with workmanship, clients must notify DMH Now within the 30-day warranty period, and we will work to correct the issue in accordance with our warranty policy rather than issuing a refund.

• Refunds will not be issued for delays caused by weather, material shortages, or other circumstances beyond our control.
