Welcome to DMH Now! By using our website or hiring us for services, you agree to the following terms.​

1. DMH Now provides:

Handyman, home improvement, and general contracting services

Residential repairs, remodeling, and full project management for kitchens, bathrooms, and other areas
-
Coordination of labor, materials, and subcontractors as needed
All work is performed professionally and in accordance with industry standards. Detailed estimates or agreements are provided for each project.

2. Estimates, Deposits & Payment:

Estimates are based on the information available at the time of quoting; additional work or materials may incur extra charges.

A deposit is required to schedule your project.

Accepted Payment Methods: Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, and cash
-
Full payment is required before DMH Now purchases any client-requested materials or products.
3. Scheduling & Delays:
Project timelines are estimates and may be affected by:

Weather
-
Material availability
-
Unforeseen circumstances
DMH Now will communicate any delays promptly.
4. Client Responsibilities:
Clients are responsible for:
-
Providing safe and clear access to work areas
-
Securing or removing fragile items, valuables, or pets before work begins
-
Notifying DMH Now of any pre-existing conditions, structural issues, or hazards
-
Obtaining all required permits or approvals, unless agreed otherwise
-
Communicating promptly about changes, cancellations, or additional work requests
5. Liability:
DMH Now is fully licensed and insured. We are not liable for:

Pre-existing structural issues, hidden damage, or unforeseen problems
-
Damage to personal property or injury to pets not properly secured or disclosed
-
Items purchased for the client; we only purchase after full payment and for use solely in your project
-
Delays or damages caused by circumstances beyond our control, including weather, supply shortages, or third-party actions
6. Warranty of Workmanship:

We provide a 30-day warranty from project completion for defects caused by improper installation or workmanship.

Not covered:
-
Damage from misuse, abuse, neglect, or accidents
-
Issues from natural disasters, fire, water damage not caused by our work, or other external factors
-
Normal wear and tear, cosmetic changes, or environmental factors
-
Work performed or altered by anyone other than DMH Now after project completion
Warranty Process:

Pictures and videos will be taken upon completion for documentation
-
These may be uploaded to our website to showcase projects, but no personal or identifying client information will be included
-
Contact DMH Now within 30 days of completion to request warranty service; we will review and repair workmanship if applicable at no additional charge
7. Client Information & NDA:

All client information and project details are kept confidential
-
DMH Now will not share your information or designs without written consent
-
This includes layouts, plans, or creative concepts shared during the project
-
Clients also agree to keep proprietary information confidential if applicable
8. Changes & Cancellations:
-
All changes must be agreed upon in writing
-
Cancellations or rescheduling may incur fees depending on notice and work already completed
9. Governing Law:
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be handled in Texas courts.
By using our website or hiring DMH Now, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
